Rice is a common food often used by Asian people to fulfill their need of carbohydrate and release the hunger. To be served, rice often accompanied by another kind of food such as meat, vegetables, and fruits.

First Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ spoon of rice flour
- 3 inches of turmeric (curcuma longa)
- 1 inches of temugiring or Curcuma heyneana
- ¼ sheet of pandanus leaves
- Water
How to make:
- Blend all the ingredient as one
- When all the ingredients already mixed, pour some water until become thick paste, and ready became rice scrub
How to use:
- After bath and drying the body, rub the rice scrub all over the body, and let it dry.
- Rub the skin gently so the dry scrub will falls with the entire dead skin cell.
- Wash the rest of the scrub with warm water
Second Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 spoon of rice flour
- 3 inches of turmeric (curcuma longa)
- 2 inches of aromatic ginger (kaemferia galanga)
How to make:
- Blend and mixed all the ingredients
- If the dough is too thick, you can add
- a little warm water until it resembles pasta, and ready to used as rice scrub
- Before the rice scrub is used, smear olive oil to the entire body.
- Leave it in a moment so the olive oil can seep into the skin
- Rub the rice scrub in all over the body and let it dry
- Rub gently with rotating move, and the rice scrub will fall and bring all the dirt and dead skin cells from the body.
- Wash the body using warm water
