Healthy Life Habit Can Reduce The Risk Of Heart Attack.

Heart attack has become scary diseases among people around the world. You’ll never know, that suddenly the heartbeat stop in any time or any place. But I think it’s never too late to take the step to prevent this disease.

Taking medication can reduce the risk and help the damaged heart, but the most important is to change bad lifestyle which has become the main cause of heart attack. This step maybe not as easy as it said, but i think changing bad life habit is the most reasonable thing to do.

Here are several tips to avoid heart attack:


 

  1. Try to walk at least 30 minutes a day. This obviously not a hard work to do. You can just keep your car at home and go to office by subway or bus, so you are have to walk from the bus/train station. If is still to difficult, maybe it’s time to buy a cheap treadmill and use it 30 minutes in the noon. 
  2. Know your blood pressure. The blood pressure is more important than cholesterol. Normal blood pressure is 115/75, so keep it around the number. Save a little money to buy blood pressure meter, or called Sphygmomanometer, it will cost your only around $ 50 in www.amazon.com. If you see your blood pressure is above the limit, do extra sport or diet.
  3. Eat at least 250 gram of beans every day, it will help to make your heart keep healthy because beans has high amount of omega 3, protein, and fiber. 
  4. Eat at least 10 tablespoon of tomato sauce. Tomato sauce has calium which can lessen blood pressure. Be careful; do not use the salty, savory, and fatty tomato sauce, but an ordinary and healthy tomato sauce.
  5. Do not eat more than 20 grams of saturated oil each day, and use less trans oil as possible. Trans oil itself often found on butter or margarine. Too much saturated oil and trans oil will cause inflammation of arteries.
  6. Read the label of canned or packaged food. Avoid the food which contains too many sugars. Extra sugar consumption will transform into stacked fat around your belly. 
  7. Avoid alcohol. Drink less alcohol will also reduce the risk of heart attack. Sometimes it is difficult for the addictive side of alcohol, but you should try diminishing the consumption one glass each day.
  8. Lose your weight. Obesity is also a significant factor of heart attack. If you had normal weight but your belly is round and fat, you should be careful either. Buy a weigher at home so you can control your weight.
  9. Stop smoking. Until now, smoking are still considered as main factor of heart attack or stroke. The risk of coronary heart disease for smoker is 2-4 time heavier than non smoker. In America 46.000 people died of heart attack for being passive smoker and 443.000 di

  10. Be patient. Stress also became significant factor for heart attack. So keep your head always cool and avoid anger or stress. Eastern method such as yoga also can be tried.
  11. Keep smile. Maybe you don’t believe it, but smile on your face everyday also will affect to the inner mood. People who smile a lot will be less stressful or angry, which is good for the condition of our heart.
