Anyway, I thinks its always better to try natural method such this below:
- Eat slowly. Chew food on your mouth until its really soft.
- Eat less meat, add more vegetables and fruit. Food with extra fiber is good for digestion.
- Average amount of carbohydrate is good, do not eat to many of it.
- Eat less salt. Avoid soft drinks. Fruit juice is recomended for its function as detox
- For maximum metabolism, drink at least 8 glass/day of water
- Exercise always the best, even just a simple sport like jogging and sit up.
- Go to bed after dinner always bad for digestion.

There’s also some herbal recipe to deal with obesity, you may use aromatic ginger (kaempferia galanga), riceflour, tamarind (Tamarindus indica), brown sugar, white sugar, and salt. Mix and masrh all the ingridients, then put a glass of water. Drink ½ glass every day, and see the result.
